Based in Brooklyn, Connecticut, Kyle Wojcik has served as the president of Donahue Industries in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts, since 2023. He successfully turned around the faltering, third-generation family business through a series of diversification and expansion initiatives. Under the leadership of Kyle Joseph Wojcik, Donahue Industries pivoted from an exclusive focus on grinding and abrasives and other mechanical solutions to manufacturing various components, including medical devices, electromechanical devices, and pre-fabricated steel structures. In addition to growing the company’s portfolio, Kyle J. Wojcik has committed himself to treating his employees with kindness and respect, resulting in zero employee turnover.
Kyle J. Wojcik previously gained leadership experience as a senior program manager and manager of the program office at Paradigm Precision. In this role, he supported the chief operating officer and served as the company’s customer-facing focal point. He was active in the areas of contract administration, supply chain management, performance monitoring, among other responsibilities.
Kyle Joseph Wojcik is a member of several professional organizations, including the United Abrasives Manufacturers Association and the Manufacturers’ Agents National Association, among others. When he is not driving operations at Donahue Industries, he enjoys building model aircraft and ships, reading about history, and riding his Harley Davidson.
